1) How Do I order on

A. Choosing the items you need

If you need the detailed product information of your choice then click on the "IMAGE OF PRODUCT". This link will take you to the Product details and specifications page.

Buy a Product

Once you choose the product, click on BUY button.

You can choose more products by clicking on the CONTINUE SHOPPING BUTTON on the Shopping Cart page.

You will be able to see your updated shopping cart on the top right-hand side of every page.

Once you have finished shopping just click on the Shopping Cart button situated at the top right hand side of every page and this will take you to the Shopping Cart where you can review the items you have selected. If the item is no longer available it means that the item has been discontinued by Petphilia / out of stock.


Once you are happy with the items you click on the "CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT" button at the bottom of the page.

Finally you will be provided with a receipt of your order....Please print and retain for your records.

An auto generated email will also be sent to you confirming your order details.

2. Can I place my order over phone?

A. Yes. We do take orders over phone. The payment mode possible for these orders is Cash on Delivery only. (Please see the contact us section for more details.)

3. How do I get Confirmation notification on my Order?

A. Customer service team from will call you within 24 hours of your order placement to confirm your order and authorise payment made by you through Debit/Credit/Netbanking mode.

4. What are the Payment modes on this website?

A. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking.

We also accept payment via "cash on Delivery" at the time of the delivery of the product. However this mode of payment has charge associated with it and is not available for all locations. Check our Shipping & Delivery policy For certain categories with high value items (Above Rs.5000/-) only Debit Card/Credit Card and NetBanking options are available and Cash on delivery is not available.

6. Why is tax being charged on invoice amount?

A. Tax represents Value added tax (VAT) or Central Sales Tax (CST) that is collected and deposited by to the government authorities.

7. Will tax amount be refunded in cases I return/cancel my order?

A. Yes, In case of refund/cancellation the entire amount, including the tax collected, is returned. In case only a part of your order is returned, tax amount charged corresponding to those items also will be refunded.

10. What should I do if my payment fails?

A. In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days.
